HR & Administrative Officer
An electronic distributing firm @ Ikeja needs:
HR & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and maintaining all operational activities in the company;
- Handling of all communication channels (including social networks) to ensure the fulfillment of all programs on the calendar;
- Engaging with current and potential clients of the company on service offerings to meet performance targets;
- Following through processes and procedures of the company and reporting non- compliance to management;
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, interviews, and all other assigned tasks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 Years of Experience in a related role;
- Strong organizational and personal management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on set goals;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
