A newly established Food industry with its Factory located at Sagamu, ogun state and with a the capacity to repackage dairy product, produce 3 in 1 Coffee, Chocolate, Garri etc. needs for urgent employment the following categories of staff join their foundation team:
(1) A Production Manager.
Key Requirements:
• A degree in either Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Prior experience of 2-3 years in food/Milk industry is a plus.
• Should impeccable planning skills to organise, plan and run the production according to the target.
• Help to enhance manufacturing process in order to ensure and improve productivity and ensure production stay on schedule and within budget.
• Support in hiring, and training and evaluating workers.
• Identify and assess engineering defects with maintenance team.
• Analyze production data and write report.
• Research and propose solutions to improve ceaselessly productivity, reactivity production quality
• Determine whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary.
• Maintain a good communication with other services (laboratory, maintenance, stock, HR…)
• Fix any production problems.
